Digital Guard Dawg Delivery & Shipping Policy


This Domestic Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the digitalguarddawg.com website that will be shipped within the United States. Delivery times measured in business days.

  • Digital Guard Dawg ships Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Holiday hours may alter standard processing and shipping times.
  • Build to order items will incur extended processing time, impacting expected delivery dates. Please speak with our sales team for details.
  • We exclusively use the commercial carrier USPS because of their timely service, insurance and tracking services. On orders over $500 USPS packages MUST be signed for. If the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone number.
  • In stock USPS orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will ship within two business days.
  • Rerouting: Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

Expedited Shipping

  • If you choose USPS Express, PLEASE check availability of product first. Products will ship in accordance with the selected shipping preference once in stock.
  • Express delivery services for USPS does not take weekends into consideration (Saturday and Sunday) when shipping.
  • For weekend delivery options please contact our sales team.
  • Digital Guard Dawg Inc. is not liable for extended delivery times for products that are out of stock or backordered at the time of purchase.


  • Digital Guard Dawg Inc. is not liable for the delivery of Digital Guard Dawg products purchased through any other seller or service outside of www.digitalguarddawg.com
  • All delivery concerns or grievances for Digital Guard Dawg products purchased through a seller or service other than www.digitalguarddawg.com should be filed with that seller or service.


Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Digital Guard Dawg Inc. and you.


  • Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • International orders from the US may be subject to additional customs, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Prior to making a purchase internationally, we suggest you reach out to our support team to discuss the cost implications and expected delivery time.
