Features
iTAG Transponder
The RFID iTag represents a true innovation in vehicle security & convenience. It will only authorize your Ignition when you are within close range of your vehicle. The iTag comes in two different styles, Standard and OEM. Each iTag is completely unique with over 6 billion different codes. Each of the iTags™ hidden buttons is able to operate two individual feature channels by sensing the difference between a “Short Push” or a “Long Push”. These four independent selectable feature channels are user programmable (either Latched or Pulse) so they can be used for virtually any option such as Remote Keyless Entry, Shaved Door “Pop” (single/dual), Remote Trunk release, Automatic Window Roll up, Lighting or Video activation or whatever else you can dream up. In addition, the PBS II has a 5th “Proximity Channel” that activates automatically when you approach your vehicle. This channel can be used to activate lighting or any other device you choose. iTags have “dual mode operation” which allows you to select whether the iTag™ operates in Manual or Automatic mode allows you to control what features YOU want to operate at a car show while still keeping your vehicle completely protected. iTags are powered by an easily replaceable lithium battery that lasts over a year. An unlimited number of iTags can be programmed into each system and a single iTag can be programmed to work every vehicle you own!
Five Independent Feature Control Channels
Four channels are user programmable (either Latched or Pulse) and can be used for virtually any option such as Remote Keyless Entry, Shaved Door “Pop” (single/dual), Remote Trunk release, Automatic Window Roll up, Lighting or Video activation, and a 5th “Proximity Channel” that activates automatically when you approach your vehicle, provides endless versatility to create customize operation of whatever you can dream up.
Start Button with LED Status Indicator
PBS Systems come standard with our 22mm Billet style Start Button, It is a top quality / heavy duty cycle switch with an attractive “soft brushed” finish. An Illuminated halo LED ring indicates system status. Switches are pre-wired to a 36″ plug in harness. Available in 3 LED colors; RED, BLUE or GREEN.
Advanced System Control Module
The system control module has 60A high current relays right on board, eliminating all unsightly and failure prone external relay wiring. Individually controlled circuits for Starter, Ignition and two separate Accessory circuits allow the system to install into any vehicle. One ACC circuit switches OFF during starter crank (to minimize current draw from components like A/C) and another that stays ON for components such as computers.
Programmable Starter Delay
For vehicles requiring time for fuel to pressurize on other systems to warm up before the engine cranks. The PBS II provides a programmable Start Delay circuit. It allows you to select a delay from the time you press the start button until your starter cranks of up to 7 Seconds.
Built in MSD Filtering
Advanced filtering circuitry removes noise and electronic spikes associated with many high performance ignitions, saving money an time by eliminating the need to buy separate ignition filters.
Full Ignition Switch Functionality
Using brake pedal controlled switching the system fully emulates the functions of a traditional key switch.

What makes the Guard Dawg Tracker better?
3G vs. 4G Systems
What good is a tracking system if it can’t tell you where your vehicle is? Many tracking systems are still using the old 3G network for their communications. Everyday 3G towers are coming down, resulting in less coverage area. Currently all major cell carriers are scheduled to retire their 3G networks by the end of 2020 making 3G systems obsolete. Only 4G cellular service gives you long term border to border and coast to coast coverage.
Power Draw vs. Locating Accuracy
Most GPS systems that claim to be low battery power draw make a critical compromise in their design. To save current draw on the vehicles battery, they reduce “how often” their system reports your vehicles actual location. Some inexpensive GPS systems only report the “actual” location of your vehicle once or twice a day, leaving you with less than accurate location info when you may need it most.
Guard Dawg Tracker has solved this issue with our revolutionary new “APMC” (Advanced Power Management Circuitry). By cycling the system into a deep sleep / power saving mode when your vehicle is motionless, then waking it up when the system detects motion, we achieve a ultra-low current draw protecting against battery drain while still providing “Real Time” GPS location info, updating every 2 minutes with pin point accuracy.
